Refund policy

Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Store credit is issued via email and never expires. It can be used online or in-store.

• Returned items must be in original condition.
• Shipping charges are not refunded; you are responsible for the return shipping.
• Returns will be processed within five days of being received

All markdown items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

To begin your return, please email us at: jamesfkrell@gmail.com, including your Order# in the subject line. All returned items must be in original condition, with tags in place. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a store credit within 72 hours. Shipping is non-refundable.
