Shipping policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 business days of the order date. Custom orders and made to order pieces are subject to longer processing times and will be communicated to the customer on a case by case basis. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. $7.95 flat rate shipping on all orders placed within the US.
Ellipsis Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
